Walking on broken glass

I find this very hard and I crave the company of others. This week is half term, and each one of my plans has fallen through. So I’m currently sat in my local mcdonalds alone trying to enjoy this time.

I see benefits of it, I really do. Yet, I still miss someone else being there. Even if you just sit in silence with them, it’s comforting to me.

So far today, I have cleared out 3 bin bags of clothes, been to the dy cleaners, been to the charity shop, donated some bedding to rspca and put my car in to be valeted, hence why I am at mcdonalds as I’m waiting for it to be done.

There are many studies on the importance of family meal time.   For kids and parents the social activity of having a family meal builds closeness, better eating habits, confidence and helps with academics, physical and mental health and overall well-being. Passing Clouds

Every day and everyone we come across in our life is just a passing cloud.

The day, as a cloud..
May move away dry at times;
May shower mildly for you to enjoy;
May downpour or
May even burst uncontrollably to shake you.

Likewise, as a person, we come across..
Strangers who mean nothing;
Acquaintances who come and go as and when needed, &
Friends in different phases.
At times, even in a family, by the time rain or fruits of victory reach the ground, the cloud may not be there to witness it.

Whatever the cloud has given us today can’t be taken away.
We’ll encounter a new cloud the following day and life has to proceed peacefully.

There are days when we are not awake even when we are awake, right?
